Aim
Roth 401k was setup to inform and spread the word on this retirement savings plan to individuals and companies. With the slow adoption of this wonderful option, there is a need to make everyone aware that the United States government has provided this relatively new type of retirement savings plan to employers.

As of 2008, there are very few companies that are even offering a Roth 401k to their employees. The common excuses include:

• I don’t know what a Roth 401k is
• My 401k provider never told me about this
• My employees won’t choose this option because they don’t know what it is

Roth 401k hopes to be a valuable resource for this very subject and slowly but surely allow companies to start adopting this technology.  This will in turn give American employees another great option to save for retirement
